When you contact us. If you use our contact form or leave your email on our waitlist, we collect the details you provide: your name, your hotel or property, your email address, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss working together. Legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Form delivery. Our forms are processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which receives and stores your submission in order to deliver it to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.
Hosting and server logs. This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Netlify processes technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access, to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States) to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics is loaded only after you accept it in the cookie notice; if you decline, no analytics cookie is set. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), IP addresses are anonymized, and analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time: click here to reset your cookie choice.
Formspree, Netlify, and Google are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred there, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep what you send us for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows, then delete it, unless the law requires us to retain it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The version published on this page is always the current one.
